Store Policy

Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy

You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we won't be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.

 

Send us an email to info@bloomville.jp to request your return along with your order number and digital receipt. You can send the item you would like to return to the address we provide to you via email.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will notify you the status of refund via email as soon as possible. We will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds do not include shipping charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. We are not able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to unexpected events. 

Exchange

We can only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged by delivery. Please email us to info@bloomville.jp with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you to the address we provide to you via email.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will notify you via e-mail of your exchange status as soon as possible. Once your status is approved, we will send you a replacement product immediately (if the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund automatically and notify you via email).

Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

  • Shipping and tax charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We do not offer international shipment at the moment.

Thank you for your interest in our services and products. If you are a cafe, restaurant, hotel, or specialty retailer and would like to know how to become a wholesaler or use our services, please email us to info@bloomville.jp to request a meeting.
